Food for Thought Specialty Catering is a catering company owned and operated by Holly Bundy. A native North Carolina resident, Holly has developed a reputation for fine cooking and creative dishes within Charlotte and the surrounding regions over the past 10 years.
Hi, I'm Holly Bundy, owner of Food for Thought Specialty Catering. I graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1999 with a degree in Sociology and a passion for food and cooking. Through opportunities such as making cookie favors for showers, establishing and cooking a menu full of dishes for dinner parties, or just entertaining friends and family, my talents and love for catering have grown over the years. After enough requests, I asked myself "Why not start a catering business?" In October 2008, I started Food for Thought Specialty Catering and turned my passion into a full time job.
